Types of Packaging

Flexible packaging

Flexible packages are used for consumer and institutional products and in industrial applications, to protect, market, and distribute a vast array of products. The construction may be of paper, plastic film, foil or any combination of these. Includes rollstock, pouches, labels/wraps, lidding, shrink sleeves and stretch film. Materials are used to create a barrier between the product and the environment. They are used to seal in freshness and lock out potentially damaging environmental elements, such as excess moisture, light, and oxygen that could affect the quality and taste of food.

In mould

The In-mold labeling (IML) is literally defined as a fully automated decorating process in which a printed film is placed in the mold container or cavity before molding. This is a popular subsurface labeling process for all kinds of injection-molded plastic containers. The label fuses to the plastic container as its being molded that eliminates the need for post mold decoration. This is also called as IML labelling, injection in-mold labelling, or in-mould labelling that redefines the traditional labeling.

Shrink sleeves

We also offer Wet Glue Labels printed on Wet Strength Paper substrate. These labels are used for foods like ketchups & majorly by alcoholic beverage manufacturers due to its ability to with stand high moisturizing conditions, adaptability to run on high application speeds and being a cost effective solution.

Wrap around labels

Wrap Around Labels, also called roll-fed labels, rank among the most cost-effective decoration forms for high volume products. The labels fully wrap around the container and have an overlap, where one end of the label is glued to the other end. Featured with specialty printing.
